Special camps are being organised in villages to solve the issues regarding property Sale Deed (Patta)!

In a notification released by the Chief Secretary of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Kumar Jayanth, it is mentioned:
“The primary objective of this scheme is solving all the issues of the landowners!
Bi-weekly special camps – on Wednesdays and Fridays – must be conducted in each Taluk Revenue Villages.
The District collectors must immediately prepare the schedule for this!
All the special camps as mentioned above must be conducted and concluded in all villages in the Taluks before 31st December!
It MUST be confirmed that all the issues in this aspect are solved before the ensuing Pongal Festival (15th January)!
All minor corrections, such as – the survey number of the plot, removing the wrong entries in the supplementary Divisional number, Extended corrections, corrections in the name of the Land Owner, Father’s name of the Land Owner, corrections in the names of the guardians, corrections in the empty paragraphs of the ownership deed (Patta), the section of the Owner, name, the name of the owner of the adjacent plots, - will be undertaken in these special camps.
The District Collectors must strictly and continuously monitor these special camps! The District Revenue Officers must oversee the various arrangements made for organising the special camps. The Assistant Collectors must undertake the job of organising the arrangements for the special camps!”
