Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru leads its patrons to a culinary trail of Karnataka’s west coast, a popular foodie paradise, as it hosts the Mangalorean Food Festival at its all-day-dining venue, b Café.

The eight-day-long food festival will showcase a rich trove of the haute cuisine from Udupi, Dakshina Kannada and Uttara Kannada, and the traditional favourites of theTuluva, Rajapur Sarswat Brahmin, Goud Saraswat Brahmin, Mangalorean Catholics and the Beary communities that define the food culture of Mangalore.
