Food items which prevent myopia: short sight

As a result of the 25 years of research on nutrition, a list of food items which can prevent myopia (short sight) has been released.  By including these food items in our diet, good, healthy eyesight can be ensured. The items:

Almond – Taking5/6 almonds every day can help better eyesight. It can also prevent eye-related complaints.
