Alert: high blood pressure attacks children, especially in urban areas!

Children and youngsters are attacked by high blood pressure and Heart problems in India!

We are aware that high blood pressure is a predominant complaint in India the Indian National Health Council has a sensational notification!

In this notification, it is mentioned:

Around 30% of the adults in the country suffer from High Blood-Pressure! Out of this, 35% are urban residents and 28% are from rural settings. In the age group 10-12, 25% and in the age group 13-19, 25% are suffering from High blood pressure. One observation is that the richer kids get affected more than the poor kids!

As compared to the previous analysis, obesity complaint is more in this analysis! Further youngsters with high blood pressure or obesity, high glucose content in blood, triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein may have the prospects for such CVD risks!

Low quality of nutrition or the direct results of physical activities will reflect as direct effects. Further in this research, physical activities were not analyzed in detail in this research. However, the data reflects the reality of the youngster`s health!

High Blood Pressure may lead to heart issues including paralysis occur! As such, the high blood pressure issue is more common among children/adults of a higher economic status!

However, these do not affect children with stunted growth. The effect of this is almost equal in rural and urban areas!

High blood pressure issue has increased considerably among teenagers!

It is observed that up to 2-2.5% of the youngsters are affected due to geographical changes, unfair socio-economic issues may be the reasons!

An analysis reflects the youngsters from South India are affected more than the youngsters from North India. Again, this is more prevalent in urban areas as compared to rural areas. The lack of physical exercise is cited as a possible reason. Food habits are suggested as the other reason!

In urban areas, children and teenagers eat a variety of snack food items which have more salt and sugar content!

As compared to other states in India, States such as Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Nagaland (29 states), high blood pressure is more predominant! The research suggests that many youngsters have suffered from heart issues!
