Prospects for medium rain for the next 5 days in Tamil Nadu!

With persistent rains throughout Tamil Nadu over the last few days. the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed us that there are prospects for medium rain from today (Friday, 9th September) for 5 days in the state.
In a notification released in this regard by the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre, it is mentioned:
"due to the low-pressure zone formed in the atmosphere over the Andhra coastal areas, there are prospects for widespread mild to medium rain with lightning and thunder in the Northern districts of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikkal for 5 days from today (Friday, 9th September).
As regards Chennai Metro City, the sky will remain somewhat cloudy for the next 48 hours. There are prospects for mild to medium rains in a few parts of the city with lightning and thunder. The Maximum temperature will be 35 Degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 27 Degree Celsius.
As regards maximum rainfall recorded over the last 24 hours in cm: Chinnakkallar-7, Valparai-6, Avalanchi, Solayar, Harrison Estate, and Cherumulli-5 each.
For fishermen:
Today (9th September), cyclonic high-speed winds may blow across the North Kerala coastal areas, and the adjacent southeast Arabian Sea. And the South Bay of Bengal areas at 40-50 kmph. As such, fishermen are cautioned NOT to venture into the sea in these areas!
