The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects for medium rain in the next 3 hours in 13 districts in Tamil Nadu.
The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has further informed that In this scenario, due to the cyclone Asan, there are prospects for rain in the districts of Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Villupuram, Vellore, Cuddalore, Kallakkurichi, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Ranippettai, Thiruppathur, and Thiruvannamalai.
