Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre: More rains this week in Tamil Nadu!

Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects for heavy rains today (Monday, 22nd November) in 5 districts!
In a notification released in this regard by the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre, it is mentioned:
The cyclonic format prevailing in the upper layers of the atmosphere at 3.4 km height over the Southeast Bay of Bengal has extended up to the Tamil Nadu coastal areas. Due to this, there are prospects for heavy rains with lightning and thunder today (Monday, 22nd November) in a few places in the districts of Erode, Salem, Namakkal, Kallakurichi, and Perambalur and there are prospects for widespread mild to medium rain in the other districts and Puducherry and Karaikkal.
As regards 23rd November, there are prospects for heavy rain with lightning and thunder in 1 or 2 places in the districts of Madurai, Ramanathapuram, Thirunelveli and Thoothukkudi. There are prospects for widespread mild to medium rain in other districts.
As regards 24th November, there are prospects for heavy rains with lightning and thunder in a few places in the districts of Ramanathapuram, Thirunelveli, and Kanyakumari. There are prospects for widespread medium rain in the other southern districts, coastal districts, and Puducherry and Karaikkal and prospects for mild to medium rain in the northern interior districts.
As regards 25th & 26th November, there are prospects for heavy to very heavy rain with lightning and thunder in 1 or 2 places in the coastal districts h and Puducherry and Karaikkal and there are prospects for widespread medium rain with lightning and thunder in the other districts.
As regards Chennai Metro City, the sky will remain somewhat cloudy for the next 48 hours. There are prospects for meld to medium rain with lightning and thunder in a few places in the city. The maximum temperature will be 30 Degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 24 Degrees Celsius."
