Prospects of mild rains from tomorrow

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects of mild rains for 3 days starting from tomorrow (Saturday, 26th January) in coastal regions of Tamil Nadu.
With the winter season drawing to a close, rain clouds have started forming over the Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal.
A low-pressure zone has formed over the southwest Indian Ocean region adjacent to the Bay of Bengal. This has been intensifying gradually over the past few days. As the clouds are towards the low-pressure zone, there are prospects of rain in the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu.
