These tips could help in keeping our hairs black and avoid premature greying

The presence of thick black hairs indicates youth. These days we see many young people complaining about their hairs turning white. It is well known that melanin gives hairs black colour and when the body stops producing this melanin then our hairs turn white in colour. Usually when we grow older the white hairs appears on our heads but when this happens in the young people then it must be considered seriously.

These tips could keep the hairs black and avoid premature greying in us.

Massaging with hot oils:

It is revealed that this is one of the most effective tips for keeping our hairs black. Coconut oil or almond oil could be used for this massage. By massaging the scalp with these oils the hairs are kept black and dense.  

Usage of heating products to be reduced:

These days we see many youngsters using heating products like blow drying, ironing etc for their hairs. These could make the hairs turn grey faster than normal. By avoiding these heating products early appearance of white hairs could be prevented.

Consume more water:

It is known fact that by consuming more water our body is kept hydrated. This intake of more water is also helpful for dark hairs. The issues regarding hair loss also could be avoided as the scalp is hydrated. It is good to consume 3 to 4 litres of water daily.

Oats intake:

Oats are nutrient rich food and are good for our health. The oats have biotin and this biotin is essential for keeping the hairs black. It is said that consumption of oats could make white hairs becoming black.

Stop smoking:

Smoking cause cancer is well known to us. Not many know that smoking could also cause premature greying of our hairs as it enhances free radicals that are responsible for premature white hairs. So by stopping smoking we could put an end to many issues in us.

Good sleep is essential:

Sleeping well is very important for our overall health. Less or inadequate sleeping could lead to premature greying of hairs too. Hence it is must for a person to sleep well for 7 hours every day.
