ChennaiRains Update - Break Time coming to close, Rains to pick up again

Action to start in Chennai soon as the bands NE of Chennai is expected to fall over Chennai, this will keep on coming. Rains will be steady and there will be isolated spells. The next few hours needs to be watched closely. Numerical models have consensus of heavy rains tomorrow too as the Depression is expected to move towards Chennai coast.
