Online Employment Exchange Registration facility - a special portal - for 10th & 12th Std. Students!

Presently, there is a provision for all the school students finishing their 10th and 12th Standards and aspiring to seek jobs to register online in their respective schools. This necessitates that the students can do it only in their schools. Otherwise, they need to visit their nearest Employment Exchanges and stand in long queues to register their names.

Recently, a senior official from the Directorate of School Education has informed that the Tamil Nadu State Government Department of School Education  and the Department of Employment have entered into a tie-up to launch the special portal option for the students so that they can register their certificates online so as to avoid approaching the employment exchange in person.

The official further explained that those who studied in the CBSE syllabus in Tamil Nadu can also use this option.

The responsibility for setting up this special and exclusive website operation to facilitate the 10th & 12th Standard students to register online in the Employment Exchange has been given to the Experts from State Information Technology Department.

The official further explained that the students have to login first to register. Then, they have to their mark sheets on the website through easy options. They need to upload the details of their Aadhar cards as well and the Community Certificate.

The official stressed that this effort is an initiative to facilitate students to save time and effort! In addition to the registration, students could also update their profile through the renewal option at any time.

He explained, Once the online registration is completed, the students will receive an alpha and numeric employment registration identity that can be printed. The acknowledgement and employment registration number will also be sent to the students email address and thereafter will receive alerts on renewal dates.
