Coaching is an art where the coach fades into the background and the inner being or purpose of the client/participant emerges forward, leading the conversation .
Supervisors, people managers, trainers, counselors and coaches can benefit and apply this in their life and work. Methodologies used in this workshop include coaching models developed through the Master Certified Leadership Coach (MCLC) program, `Into Great Depth of your Being` book and Changing from inside-out approaches.
About the workshop

- Observe directly the inner being / presence, that gives quality and strength to competences and actions.
- Recognize deeper visions and purposes present beneath multiple goals and intents.
- Allow the client s deeper purpose and presence to direct the conversation.
- Offer support to the client s clarity and will so that they discover insights and craft solutions on their own.
- Sustain subtle and natural simplicity in the guiding process, the secret of facilitating change.
