Exclusive educational TV channel by TN Arasu Cable

Here is an educative launch from the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV. There is going to be a 24*7 educational channel to be telecast from the beginning of the upcoming academic year.

A workshop was conducted for the district coordinators on Thursday. During the event, the complete list of daily programs got finalized. This includes 17 different programs where the government school achievements will be boasted and classroom teaching sessions of the new syllabus by government school teachers, and NEET training will get telecasted.

The workplace was conducted at Anna Centenary Library, Kotturpuram which is the head office of the educational channel.

The very first program on the channel will be Kuralin Kural at 5 am where experts will articulate 2 Thirukkural on a daily basis and explain its meaning through gripping stories, says the District Coordinator from Pudukottai, G. Muniasamy.

This program will be followed by a half an hour program where major news will be highlighted and educational developments will be explained.

Following this, there will be a program for sharing tips for children to be fit: physically and mentally.

To know how the government schools and students are functioning, there will be a 1-hour program to throw light on achievements and milestones by government schools and students studying there. This program aims at elevating the overall standard of state school education.

Aiming to improve their skillsets, there will be songs and speeches constantly telecast every now and then.

The programs in this channel are purely aimed at serving the children of all classes. There are also plans to make these sessions highly interactive. The programs will also involve students raising their queries and doubts regarding competitive exams and its syllabus such as NEET.

Official announcement from the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Edappadi K Palaniswami in the month of January this year promised the launch of Kalvi Tholaikatchi (meaning educational television) to serve the students.

To note, this channel shall be made available in the channel number 200 with the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Network.
