Google decides to stop Inbox app services

Google has announced that its plans to stop the services of Google Inbox App from March 2019. It has made this announcement on its web page.

Inbox App was introduced in 2015 and function as the email App. New features were introduced and tested on this App and then only implemented in Gmail. As for Google, this App was a test-bench.

However, this App did not attract enough users and also the latest updates for the users could not be served.

As the main motto was o serve a system where best e-mail service is provided and making continuous improvement. Google focused more on Gmail and the manager Mathew Chat for Gmail features has informed that Google has planned to stop the inbox App from March 2019.

The inbox was served with many attractive and valuable features such as snoozing emails, features on AI (artificial intelligence), nudges and all important notifications.

The manager further informed that Google is aware that this sudden change would lead to some hardships. So, they are designing a transition guide facilitating the switch-over to the new Gmail.
