On 1st of February in 1981, Aavin or TN Milk Producers Cooperative society was started and every year this day has been observed as Aavin`s day. Throughout the month, several programs and competitions would be taking place on the occasion of Aavin`s day.
For this special occasion, those consumers who buy ice creams worth more than Rs 250 would be given free ice creamS worth Rs 10 and those consumers who buy ice creams worth more than Rs 500 would be given free ice creams worth Rs 20. This would be valid for just one month at Aavin Parlours in Chennai. It must be noted that retailers and wholesalers have been given incentives.
Those retailers who purchase more than 25 paneer packets of 250 gms each would be given one paneer packer free/ likewise those who wholesalers who purchase 250 paneer packets would get 10 paneer packets free.
