Sri Srinivasa Temple at Alwarpet Street Junction is going to be celebrating Hanuman Jayanthi from Jan 5 - 9. Daily events include a thirumanjanam for the deity in the morning at 7.30 a.m. and a sandhana kappu in the evening at 7 p.m. 

On Jan 9, a special vadamalai, an apple garland and a dry grape garland will be used to decorate the deity in the evening. A 1008 Sahasranaamam archanai will follow. For details contact 9042556841.
