Keep your skin protected from the sun

It is recommended that you remain under shade when you head out during peak hours of the day i.e. between 11am and 3 pm.

Understand your skin type
You should importantly have proper understanding of your skin type. Generally, those who have oily skin tend to develop a lot of pimples. In case of people with combinational skin type where a few regions of the face are oily and few regions are dry, the chances of getting pimples in the oily regions is high. Depending on your skin type, you will have to choose makeup products. Noncomedogenic products are recommended for oily skin types as they leave the pores open without blocking.

Never break the pimples or touch your face 
Do not disturb the facial skin by constantly touching or pricking the pores. Do not try to burst the pimples with fingers or other objects. Leave it as it is as breaking may lead to scars.

Head out for work out
One of the best treatments you could give your skin is consistent body workout. The more you exercise, the more will your blood circulate inside the body. This in turn will deliver more amount of oxygen to the skin cells and your skin can easily get rid of all the pollutants and impurities and debris.

Not just that, exercise is a measure that helps enhance the overall immunity in your body. It curbs breakouts and pimples.

Also note that you need to take good care post workout i.e. you should get a cool shower after your workout session. This helps in weeding out the excessive oil content that are produced during physical activity session which when not cleaned may lead to pimples.

Hair care is essential too
Make sure to have you hair clean and oil-free as the oil may lead to pore blockage. Make sure to wash your hair regularly. This helps in ensuring nil oil or dirt in the pores.

Ensure to remove makeup
It is actually recommended that you do not apply any cream or makeup products on your skin when you suffer pimples. However, if it is inevitable for you to do so, worry not. Simply make sure to remove the makeup once you are back as leaving the makeover may lead to clogging of pores. This will give rise to worsened acne conditions and extend the recovery period. So, make it a practice to remove make up every night. For this, you may use a facial cleanser. At last, before sleep, you may apply rose water.
