Markets closed today on account of Ram Navami

On Friday on account of Ram Navmi the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Forex, Money Market, Bullion and Oil seeds will remain closed.

On Thursday the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Stock Exchange (NSE), forex, money market, bullion and oilseeds market were closed on the occasion of Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti. Saturday and Sundays are regular holidays for the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). Hence the trade will begin on 18th April. For the holiday-shortened week, the Sensex and Nifty logged a hefty rise of 952.91 points or 3.86 per cent and 295.25 points or 3.76 per cent, respectively, halting two straight weekly slide.
