Job Opportunities: Staff to be recruited for 108 Ambulance Service!

The interviews for various posts in the Emergency 108 Ambulance Services, including Medical Assistants and Drivers are scheduled to be conducted on 28th January (Saturday)!
A notification released in this regard mentions:
“The Emergency 108 Ambulance Services are administered by EMRI Green Health Services.
Under its jurisdiction, more than 5000 ambulances are being operated! Over 5000 personnel are employed in this!
As regards the districts of Chennai and Thiruvallur, more than 160 ambulances are in operation. Apart from these ambulances, 15 emergency 2-wheeled vehicles are operated. More than 15000 emergency calls are received daily by the Control Centre.
In this situation, in a notification released recently, to be appointed and to join as Emergency Medical Assistants, the applicants MUST complete and pass B. Sc. (Nursing) OR DGNM or graduate in B. Sc. (Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biochemistry, OR Biotechnology!
Candidates MUST be in the age group 19-30!
Applicants for the Drivers’ posts MUST have at least passed the 10th Standard! They MUST have a Driver’s License, Badge of Vehicle Possession, and have 3 years of experience as well as 1 year of experience after obtaining the Badge.
The interviews for the above posts are scheduled to be conducted at the Thiruvallikkeni (Triplicane) Kasturba Gandhi Hospital Complex on Saturday, 28th January from 10.00 AM when the Written Examination, Physical check-up, and interviews will be conducted!
Candidates have to visit in person with all the required original documents/certificates and participate!
