Medindia group of hospitals conduct workshop on Endoscopy from December 13

A four-day live workshop on advanced GI endoscopy in the city will be conducted from 13th December by the Medindia group of hospitals. The event, named DEW (Digestive Endoscopy Workshop) -2013 will comprise a basic and advanced life workshop and a hands-on training in therapeutic services.
The event will include ticketed sessions on video talks on endoscopic topics, discussion of basic and advanced new procedures, panel discussions on video clippings of endoscopy complications, conceptual interaction on controversies and hands-on training and techniques. Further, at least six international faculties on various areas of specialization, in addition to experts from across the nation, will be taking part in the event.
During the workshop, free endoscopic surgical treatment will be provided for 50 deserving poor patients. The patients will be offered free advanced endoscopic surgical treatment for various digestive disorders ranging from cancer of the digestive tract, blood vomiting, diseases of gall bladder, bile duct and other digestive organs.
