Married couples are not always blessed with kids!!

The most frustrating  experience for the married couples trying to conceive is infertility. Not only medical treatment is available to improve the fertility of the couples, but there are some superb foods available also to overcome this important issue.

These foods would improve the fertility of the couple.

Intake of leafy greens:

For fertility, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants are very essential and intake of leafy greens would provide these. By eating leafy greens, the couple would get Folate or vitamin B that would play a great role in DNA synthesis and  cell division etc. The babies would not have neural tube issues etc due to folates. The iron provided by the leafy greens would help in healthy ovulation and menstruation.

Intake of berries:

It must be noted that berries like blueberries, cranberries, strawberries etc have vitamin C, fibres and antioxidants etc in them. The egg and sperm could be protected from free radical damage by the antioxidant in berries.  The sperm quality and mobility would become better because of vitamin C.

Intake of nuts and seeds:

The couples could get healthy fats, proteins and minerals etc by consuming nuts and seeds like almonds, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds, chia seeds etc. It is believed that these foods could balance hormones, reduce inflammation and support optimal reproductive function. For avoiding processed foods and sugary treats, nuts and seeds are superb options.

Intake of fatty fish:

Blood flow to the reproductive organs would get boosted by eating fatty fishes like salmon, tuna, sardines etc rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Male fertility could get boosted by omega 3 fatty acids by increasing the sperm count etc.
