Coronavirus infection pandemic has not gone away completely!!

The Coronavirus cases have been increasing in certain places like Adyar, Teynampet, Perungudi and Kodambakkam etc now. The health secretary of TN Mr. J. Radhakrishnan has given instructions to all the district collectors and GCC Commissioner not to lose their focus regarding Coronavirus infection. They must continue their fight against Coronavirus just like they have been doing.

Now, industrial clusters as well as family clusters of Coronavirus infections have been creating many issues for the public in Tamil Nadu.  In the above-mentioned localities in Chennai, the rise in the number of new cases has clearly revealed that the immunity levels have been reducing and many are getting affected by this rapidly spreading infection.

It was brought to light that TN State had vaccinated 99.97% of the population with atleast single dose and 82.55% with 2 doses. There are nearly 43 lakhs who havent yet received a single dose of vaccination also and 1.22 crores havent yet received their second dose. There are about 13 lakhs persons who are eligible for the free booster dose of vaccination

Mr. J. Radhakrishnan, has made it clear that persons with symptoms must not go to functions or office etc and they must get tested for the infection.
