Many of us get affected by illness often and find it tough. The food which we consume during the illness would play a huge role in the recovery. In addition to the energy, the foods also provide us many nutrients that would be helpful for us to gain full strength. While recovering from illness it is important that we must ignore processed and refined foods and consume whole foods to make the process faster.

Various foods that could make the healing or recovery faster are

Garlic consumption:
Long persisting skin allergies could be treated faster by the intake of garlic. The medicinal property benefit of garlic plays an important role here.

Leafy vegetables consumption:
Wound healing could be speeded up by consuming leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli etc rich in vitamin K. Healthy bone tissues are formed and the wound gets protected.
