No, here we are not talking about popping some pills. It is an easy home remedy. Apart from being too easy to make, the homemade method will keep your throat normal and natural. For this, you do not have to run to the market! All you need are the ingredients present right inside your fridge.

The requirements

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Ginger (grated) – an inch
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 No (crushed)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tsp

The cough syrup

It is simple to make this DIY cough syrup. Take a pan and add all the ingredients into it. Boil this concoction in the stove. Keep this stored in an airtight glass bottle.

Dosage
