These can be taken to reduce the issue of haemorrhoids or piles

Swelling of veins in the lower rectum area takes place in some persons. They feel severe pain, swelling and great discomfort due to this. This is piles and is also known by the term ‘haemorrhoids’.

It is known that both internal as well as external haemorrhoids take place in the people. One must take special care of food and drinks when he or she is having piles issue. There are few foods that could reduce this piles issue in us and people must consume these foods without fail.

Foods that could reduce piles issue in us are

Whole grain intake:

Whole grains like wheat pasta and brewed cereal dalia are superb foods for those persons with haemorrhoids in them. The presence of fibres in these whole grain foods does superbly in softening the stools and providing relief from haemorrhoid pain.

Consumption of green vegetables:

The presence of high amounts of minerals, vitamins etc in green vegetables aid in digestion process. Examples of green vegetables are broccoli, sprouts, leafy cabbage etc and they are highly beneficial for our health. It must be noted that during haemorrhoids our digestive system is very important and intake of green vegetables would be superb.

Fruits intake:

Many of us love eating fruits. Fruits have high amounts of fibres, minerals and vitamins and these play an important role in the bowel movement. There are certain fruits like berries, raisins, apples that are good and rich in fibre content. Relief from piles is got by the intake of these fruits.

Consumption of beans:

For those suffering from haemorrhoids or piles then intake of kidney beans, black headed beans and legumes would be highly beneficial.

Brown rice intake:

Most of us consume white rice is known fact.  What is unknown is the presence of selenium, phosphorus and vitamin B6 in brown rice and these would make brown rice good for piles and reduces the issue of haemorrhoids or piles. Hence the intake of brown rice is very important.

Intake of water:

Water does not belong to the food category but it is clear that consumption of water would be superb for treating haemorrhoids or piles.
