Dairy products are those that are produced from the milk of buffaloes, goat, sheep etc. Cheese belongs to this dairy product and it has proteins and fats in it. It is known that most of us love cheese very much.

There are different types of cheese like blue, brie, chedder, swiss etc and this cheese plays an important role in the culinary world. Though cheese is regarded as high calorie fatty food product, it provides many amazing health benefits when it is consumed by us.
