These super foods are important for every woman and they must consume these foods without fail

Most of us would not have known that certain foods have great nutritional content in them. These foods are known as super foods and they provide our body with the much needed vitamins plus minerals etc.

Women play very important roles in our lives. It is important that they consume foods with all nutrients so that they are free from many health issues affecting them. It is said that certain super foods are amazing for woman and these super foods are

Beetroot juice intake - Beetroot juices are very important for woman and play huge role in the reduction of BP in them. Taking beetroot juice after exercising gives many benefits. Apples, carrots and grated beetroots could be added in preparation of this amazing juice.

Consume sardines - Women must have these sardines more because these small fishes are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Inflammation gets reduced plus the presence of high levels of vitamin D and calcium in sardines help in bone strength, controls sugar levels etc. Sardines could be baked by sprinkling lemon, pepper, olive oil.

Spirulina consumption - This spirulina is blue- green algae and is one of the most nutritious super foods. Women get great amounts of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants when they consume spirulina. Superb protection against cancer plus lowering of BP etc is achieved by consuming spirulina. It is important to take spirulina with banana, fresh mango along with water in a blender and then consume this combination.

Cinnamon intake - Women must take cinnamon as it would reduce their BP and cholesterol levels in them. It also decreases inflammation etc in woman. It is said that the nutritional value of the breakfast gets boosted up by sprinkling cinnamon over oatmeal or yogurt etc.

Avocados consumption - This is also one of the most important super foods that a woman must take. Cholesterol and triglyceride levels get reduced. It is known that avocados are rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, folate etc. These avocados could be either added to smoothies or spread avocado slices over toast.

Broccoli intake - Broccoli is highly rich in vitamin K, vitamin A and C, calcium, manganese etc. When consumed by women their heart health gets improved, growth of cancer cells gets prevented, inflammation gets decreased etc. Broccoli could be consumed by adding it to pasta dishes, soups etc.

Have Almonds - Consuming almonds reduce BP, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. So almonds must be consumed by woman without fail.  They could be taken in raw or in toasted form.
