Government of Tamil Nadu Announces 500 Vacancies for Graduate and Technician Apprentices in Public Works Department

The Government of Tamil Nadu has recently announced 500 vacancies in the Public Works Department for the positions of Graduate Apprentice and Technician (Diploma) Apprentice. The department is inviting eligible and interested candidates to apply for the training program, which will be held for one year.

Out of the 500 vacancies, 355 are for the Graduate Apprentice position, while the remaining 145 positions are for the Technician (Diploma) Apprentice. The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 9000 for the Graduate Apprentice training and Rs. 8000 for the Technician (Diploma) Apprentice training.

To be eligible for the Graduate Apprentice position, candidates must have completed their engineering or technical degree from a recognized university or institute. On the other hand, for the Technician (Diploma) Apprentice position, candidates should have completed a Diploma in Engineering or Technology related course.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can submit their applications online by the 31st of March.
