What is XMas and New Year without cakes?
Christmas and New Year are fast approaching. This would be time for the people to have lots of fun with their families and friends etc. For these 2 special days, Aavin is now planning to make cakes and sell them.
It must be taken into account that Aavin or TN Milk Manufacturers Cooperative network has been making and selling milk and milk products etc. For special days like Ayudha Puja and for Deepavali, Aavin produced and sold special sweets, mixture and butter rolls etc is known. By this, Aavin earned a revenue of Rs 116 crores.
It is learnt that Aavin has got a target to achieve Rs 200 cr revenue within the Pongal festival. In this scenario, Aavin has been planning to sell cakes for the upcoming Xmas and New Year. Not only cup cakes, but also to make half kg and one kg cakes plus different flavoured cakes etc.
It was brought out by the MD of Aavin Mr. N. Subbaiyan that suggestions and demands were made by the consumers about the manufacture and sale of Aavin cakes for the upcoming Xmas and New Year. In this scenario, there were some discussions regarding the manufacture and selling of cakes
