Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group-1 Preliminary Examinations commenced today (19th throughout Tamil Nadu!
Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has announced 92 vacant posts in various departments in the Tamil Nadu State Government including posts of Assistant Collector, Deputy Police Superintendent, Commercial Tax Assistant Commissioner, Assistant Registrar for the Cooperative Associations, Assistant Director (Rural Development), and District Employment Opportunities Officer.
The announcement regarding the written examination for filling up the above vacant posts was released by TNPSC on 21st July!
The last Date for applying for the examination was set as 22nd August.
322416 candidates have applied to write the TNPSC Group-1 Examination.
TNPSC Group-1 Examination consisted of 3 Phases:
First is the preliminary written examination, second is the written Main Examination and the third is the Interview!
Out of these 3 Phases, the First Phase of the written Preliminary Examination is being conducted today (Saturday, 19th November). The examination is from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM.
For this TNPSC Group-1 Preliminary Examination, Examination Centres have been set up in all 38 Districts! 322414 candidates are permitted to write this TNPSC Group-1 Preliminary Examination.
TNPSC officials informed us that extensive security arrangements have been made for conducting this written examination!
