Deepavali festival travel: booking commences today (23rd September) for travel on 23rd October!

This year (2022), the Deepavali festival falls on the 24th of October! (Monday)
As the preceding 2 days are Saturday and Sunday, most of the citizens who work in other cities/places away from their native places college students, etc., will plan to travel to their native places on 21st October (Friday)!
As such, booking for tickets for travel on 21st October commenced day-before-yesterday (Wednesday, 21st September).
In this scenario, the officials of the transport department have announced that the citizens who plan for Deepavali travel on 23rd October (1-day before Deepavali) can book their tickets today (Friday, 23rd September).
The Transport Department Officials explained that the tickets can be booked either on the website www.tnstc.in or the App tests or the reservation centres!
