Prospects for medium rain in Tamil Nadu until 25th September!

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects for medium rain in Tamil Nadu from today (Wednesday, 21st September) until 25th September.
In a notification released by the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre regarding this, it is mentioned:
"Due to the change in the sped of the Westerly wind, there are prospects for medium rain with lightning and thunder in 1 or 2 places from today (Wednesday, 21st September) until 25th September in the districts adjacent to the Western Ghat Mountain Range and the adjacent districts and the coastal districts of Tamil Nadu, Pudhuchery, and Karaikkal.
As regards Chennai Metro City, the sky will remain somewhat cloudy for the next 24 hours. There are prospects for mild to medium rain with lightning and thunder in a few parts of the city. The Maximum temperature will be 35 Degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 27 Degrees Celsius.
For fishermen:
High-speed winds are likely to blow at 40-50 kmph in the Bay of Mannar, adjacent Tamil Nadu coastal areas, South-west Bay of Bengal adjacent to Sri Lanka . As such, the fishermen are warned NOT to venture into the sea!
