On 18th and on 19th September, Tobo Oviman`s Echo to Echo 18th national exhibition would be held in Art Houz in Nungambakkam in Chennai.
Point is that this upcoming exhibition is an initiative taken by art aficionado Mr. Sankha Subradrey Biswas a 34 year old man from the city of Kolkata. Tobo Oviman expressed his thoughts and spoke about how the initiative was first started in the year 2017 after he had decided to resign his government job. He did not want to be mechanical but wanted to be creative. He added that he wanted to do something in the art field and something for the art passionate public.
From the first exhibition at Kolkata, the exhibition moved on to places like Raipur, Shimla, Delhi, Surat, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Chennai etc.
The lock down due to Coronavirus pandemic in 2020 did not stop the exhibitions and in 2020 ``Chennai`s Artpop`` has many artistes displaying their work. He appreciated the efforts taken by the people belonging to TN and Chennai in contributing to the exhibitions. It is learnt that the people from Chennai have been highly enthusiastic and exhibitions had many photographers and artists from Chennai.
Interacting with other cultures is very important and now this has been happening through the medium of art. It is known that India has got many languages and cultures. This was the aim behind organizing the exhibitions in various places India till now. The exhibitions also cover Indian states mostly. Budding new artists as well as photographers would be brought to light by the exhibition at Chennai next month.
