Are you aware of these important reasons for the severe abdominal pain?

Sometimes in some persons, there would be pain from inside the abdomen and it might be mild or severe. This is abdominal pain and it would be highly uncomfortable.

Many believe that the abdominal pain could be just due to digestive issues like gas, acid reflux, indigestion etc. Fact is that abdominal pain could mean something else that might be serious also. Hence we must take proper care without neglecting the abdominal pain. There are 3 types of abdominal pain and these are visceral, parietal and referred pain.

Abdominal pain in us could be due to these reasons also. They are

Muscle pull and strain:
Pulled or strained muscles could result in abdominal pain in us. Activities such as pulling, pushing etc involve the muscles in the abdomen and these could trigger abdominal pain. Targeting the core muscles with the aim to stay fit and strong can result in abdominal pain also.

Food intolerances:
Certain foods would not be digested by people with food intolerances. This would result in unpleasant reactions in the boy such as abdominal pain etc. There are various other symptoms of food intolerances like bloating, farting, diarrhoea, skin rashes etc.

Celiac disease:
Gluten is present in many food grains like wheat, barley etc. Those who are allergic to gluten would have celiac disease in them. The small intestine would get inflamed and there would be abdominal pain and discomfort etc. Those with celiac disease might show other symptoms also like diarrhoea, bloating etc.

Urinary tract infections or UTI:
Often present in women, UTI can also occur in men and is mainly due to E. coli bacteria. Here the bacteria takes over and attacks the urethra and urinary bladder etc. Truth is that UTI can put lots of pressure on the abdomen causing bloating, pain etc.

Endometriosis:
Sometimes, the tissue that lines the inside of the uterus would grow outside the uterus. This is called endometriosis disorder. It must be noted that women with this disorder could experience abdominal pain. There are also several other symptoms associated with this disorder such as painful menstrual periods, lower back pain etc.
