Chief Secretary, TN State Government: Ensure timely promotions to the government employees!!

The Chief Secretary of the State Government of Tamil Nadu, V. Iraiyanbu, has informed us that all the state government employees MUST BE GIVEN PROMOTION ON TIME!
In this regard, the Chief Secretary of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has sent a circular to all the Department Secretaries, and the District Collectors.
In this circular, it is mentioned:
"The public has been complaining on a large scale that corruption has been predominant in getting various services –promotion and other services!!
A complaint has been made that citing the retirement day of government employees, artificial vacancies are created and promotions are given!
Complaints have also been received that some employees get the promotion. Do not offer their services and enjoy the promotion benefits of finance!
As such, we need to prevent the system of some employees retiring without any deserved promotions in their careers!
We have to prevent the creation of artificial vacancies!
Further, we have to stop giving temporary promotions."
The Chief Secretary of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has further informed that there is absolutely no objection to recruiting employees due to vacancies created by the death or retirement of some employees!
He has further shared that TIMEL PROMOTIONS AND ACCEPTING THEM MUST BE ENSURE IN ALL DEPARTMENTS.
MALOPERATIONS CURRENTLY REPORTED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT MUST BE COMPLETELY PREVENTED!
