The weather now in Chennai is pleasant and the residents are delighted. This weather would be there for another few more days and there would be moderate rains in Chennai.
Yesterday, in Nungambakkam the day time temperature that was recorded was 32.9 degrees Celsius and the normal temperature is 36.7 degrees Celsius. As against the normal of 37.1 degrees, Meenambakkam recorded 33.1 degrees. For the next 2 days, the day time temperature in Chennai would remain 33-34 degrees Celsius. It is mentioned that places like Kanniyakumari and Tirunelveli would receive some rains.
Manalurpet, belonging to the district of Kallakurichi, was sensational in the last 24 hours ending at 8:30 am on Thursday and it received 6 cm of rain.
