Attention: Train commuters/passengers: Changes in Express Train Services!

As some engineering activities are to be undertaken in several tracks in the Chennai Zone, some changes have been carried out in Express Trains services!  Cancelled trains:  On 17th & 18th May, the Chennai Central-Tirupathi Express, which starts at 10.10 AM (16054) is completely cancelled. On 17th & 18th May, the Chennai Central-Tirupathi Express Train which starts at 2.15 Pm ((16053) is completely cancelled.  Partly-cancelled trains: On 17th & 18th May, the KSR Bengaluru-Chennai Central Express train starting at 6.20 AM – Lalbagh Express Trains cancelled for the section Katpadi-Chennai Central. On 17th & 18th May, the Coimbatore-Chennai Central express train starting at 6.15 AM – Intercity Express -  (12680) – is cancelled for the section Katpadi-Chennai Central.  On 17th & 18th May, the Mysore-Chennai Central Superfast Express, starting at 5.00 AM (12610) is cancelled for the section Katpadi-Chennai Central.  On the 17th & 18th May, the Chennai Central-Mysore superfast Express which starts at 1.35 PM (12609) is cancelled for the section Chennai-Katpadi. On these 2 days, this train will start from Katpadi Station at 3.45 PM.  On the 17th & 18th May, the train Chennai Central-Coimbatore which starts at 2.30 PM (12679) is cancelled for the section Chennai Central-Katpadi. This train, n these 2 dates, will start from Katpadi at 4.20 PM.  On the 17th & 18th May, the train Chennai Central-KSR Bengaluru Express train which starts at 3.30 PM (12607), is cancelled for the section Chennai Central-Katpadi. This train, on these 2 dates, will start from Katpadi Station at 5,35 PM  Apart from the above, some more train timings have been changed. This information is released by the Railway Administration!
