New info: The Dearness Allowance for the Central Government Employees to be up by 38%!!

Information is gathered that the dearness allowance for all central government employees will be up by 38%. As per this, there would be an increment of over Rs. 20000/- in the monthly salary!
The announcement regarding the Dearness Allowance change was announced by the central government in March 2022. As per this, the Dearness allowance increase would be effective from 1st January 2022. The Central Ministry of Finance had reviewed the possibility of paying the increased Dearness Allowance for 4 months up to April along with the monthly salary in April. In this scenario, information is doing the rounds that the Dearness Allowance is likely to increase in July!
This increase in Dearness Allowance up to 4% in July-August is estimated based on the All India Consumer Price Index (AICPI).
There was a decrease in the AICPI index in January and February. Based on these statistics, there was no scope for any increase in the Dearness Allowance in July-August! However, once the AICPI statistics for March were released, it is thought there would be an increase in Dearness Allowance.
Among the central government employees who earn the basic pay of Rs. 56900/-, the increase of 34% in the Dearness for this category will be Rs. 21622/-.
As of now, based on the 34% Dearness Allowance calculations, Rs. 19346/- is being paid as Dearness Allowance to these employees. As per this, their monthly salaries will increase by Rs. 2276/- (Rs. 27312 for a year)!
