Be careful, avoid or say NO to almonds if you have these health issues!!

Many of us eat almonds these days for the sake of our health. Almonds have vitamins, proteins, fats, fibres, and minerals in them and due to this intake of almonds are considered as superb for the health. We could get various health benefits like reduced cholesterol levels, reduced blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure, weight loss etc by eating almonds every day. It is known that almond is a tree belonging to the family ‘Rosaceae’. Almond fruits have an outer hard shell with nuts inside. Intake of almonds would not be suitable for certain persons as it might create health issues in them.

Persons with these health problems must never eat almonds

Those who have high BP:
Persons who have high BP must not eat almonds. It is known that these persons would take medications to control their high BP and intake of almonds might be harmful.

Those with kidney or gallbladder stones:
There are some persons with kidney and gallbladder stones issues etc in them. These people must avoid eating almonds. Almonds rich in oxalates would increase the issue. Kidney stones refer to hard mass that is formed in the kidneys. They are made up of insoluble calcium compounds. It must be noted that if the bile produced by the liver contains too much cholesterol then we could get gallbladder stones.

Those with digestive problems:
Almonds would have proteins and minerals and it must not be eaten by those who have got digestive issues in them. If we consume too much of almonds then we could get issues like constipation, bloating stomach discomfort etc. So, please take care.

Those with acidity issues:
Many suffer from acidity based issues and find it very difficult. It is said that these persons who have acidity issues must never consume almonds. The fibre present in almonds might aggravate gas and indigestion.

Those who have gained weight:
Persons who have gained a lot of weight and are in the process of losing weight must avoid eating almonds. Rich in fats and calories, intake of almonds might lead to fat deposition in the body. Sp, please be careful.

Those who are allergic:
Truth is that some people could become allergic to almonds suddenly. They might have eaten almonds in the beginning without getting any issue. Allergy usually happens because of excessive consumption of almonds. These people must avoid eating almonds. It is well known that when the body has something in excess then it would develop intolerance.
