For the first time ever in TN, medical college counselling for open category students will take place online!!

Beginning from today 2nd February till 5th February, counselling of students for medical courses belonging to the open category would take place through online mode. The open category students have registered themselves through online from 30th January to 1st February is known.
It must be noted that on 27th January 2022, the counselling for the medical courses including MBBS and BDS began. The counselling for special category students and for the government school students under the 7.5% quota was completed. Information is that the counselling for general category students would commence from
Today from 8am onwards. Till 5pm on 5th February, counselling would go on. Beginning 7th February till 10th February, there would be certificates verification process for the students. Details regarding allotment of seats etc would be available on the website on 15th of February. It is revealed that the students could join the colleges from 22nd February onwards after showing their original documents etc.
