Sacred Occasion of Vaikunta Ekadasi Vaikunta Vaasal Opened at the Chennai Triplicane Lord Parthasarathy Temple!

The sacred festival on the occasion of Vaikunta Ekadasi commenced at the Chennai Metro City Triplicane Lord Parthasarathy Temple on 3rd January with Thirumozhi Thirunaal and continued until 12th January with the ‘Pagal Pathu’ (10 day time events) Thirvizha being performed in the Noon Time! And Thiruvaai Mozhi Thirunaal being performed during the nights – known as ‘Raap pathu’ (10-night events)!!
In this scenario, on the sacred occasion of Vaikunta Ekadasi, the Sorga Vaasal (Paradise Gate) was opened early morning in the Triplicane Lord Parthasarathy Temples at 4.30 AM!
The idol of Lord Parthasarathy, adorned with special adornments, offered Darshan to the teeming devotees at the Paramapadha Vaasal!
The devotees kept with the loud chanting of ‘Govinda! Govinda!!”
