Pongal Festival: Special Buses operation throughout Tamil Nadu!

On the occasion of Pongal, Tamil Nadu’s most important festival also known as ‘Uzhavar Thirunaal’ (Farmer’s Special Day), to facilitate the public to travel, around 17000 special buses are to be operated.
Further, in case the Omnibus operators charge in excess, immediate stringent action will be taken.
As ordered by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, a special review meeting was organised with the concerned officials.
Giving due consideration to the hardships faced by the public, the special buses are being organised for the occasion of the Pongal festival to facilitate travel to the native places for celebrating the occasion.
The State Government of Tamil Nadu has been emphasising that the Public MUST ADHERE TO ALL THE PREVENTIVE GUIDELINES STRICTLY THROUGHOUT TAMIL NADU!
