Please stop these unhealthy night time habits immediately as they would harm your health!!

Health is very important for us to lead a happy life!!

Many of us do various activities in the night time without even knowing that these could cause harm to our health. It is necessary that we must get a good rest in the night time for our health to be good. Research studies have shown how night time routines could have a major impact on the health of a person.

Every person must be careful regarding these night time activities for the sake of their health. The activities are

Drinking coffee before bedtime:
There are many people who drink a cup of coffee or tea before going to bed. Truth is that by drinking coffee or tea with caffeine our brain would get stimulated and it would become alert. As a result of this, the person would not be able to get good sleep.

Binging:
These days, binging has emerged as the most prominent recreational activity for many of us. This is mainly due to the availability of various OTT platforms etc. it is believed that binging for hours together in the nights could spoil the health in the long run. So, please take care.

Eating snacks:
It is natural that we would feel hungry when we are working late nights or binging etc. Hence, we eat snacks to satisfy the hunger pangs.  The bitter truth is that habitual snacking in the night time could be dangerous for our health. 

Inconsistent bedtime:
Our body would suffer if there is no consistency in the bedtime. It is essential that we must have a regular and consistent night time routine so that our body gets good rest. Disturbed circadian rhythm is not good for our health.

Not brushing:
For our oral health to be good, it is important to brush our teeth regularly. Our teeth would need more cleaning hence we must brush atleast twice in a day. Brushing the teeth in the night time must be done for getting healthy and strong teeth

Drinking alcohol:
It has become a routine for many to drink alcohol in the night time. There are many who think that they could sleep well after drinking alcohol. The fact is that drinking alcohol at night could lead to frequent urination and disruption in sleep.

Exercising:
Generally, doing exercise is good for our health but doing exercises at night is not good for our health. It is often said that exercising would make the body tired and would help us to sleep well. It is important to mention that by exercising cortisol would be produced and this would d keep us more alert. We would not be able to sleep well. It is advised to do exercises atleast 3 to 4 hours before bed.
