Tomato price comes down by Rs. 40/- per kg at Koyambedu wholesale vegetable market!

The price of tomatoes has come down by Rs. 40/- per kg in the Koyambedu wholesale vegetable market.
Until yesterday (Wednesday, 24th November), the tomato was being sold at Rs. 120/- per kg.
At the same time, in the retail market, the tomato was being sold at (up to) Rs. 160/- per kg.
In this scenario, as a large stock of tomatoes arrived in trucks today (Thursday, 25th November) in Chennai Metro City (Koyambedu wholesale vegetable market), the price of tomatoes has come down by Rs. 40/- per kg.
