By these ways, parents can successfully prevent diabetes in their kids!!

All our body parts would get damaged due to diabetes that is chronic and progressive!!

Those who are diabetic would have less insulin secretion in them. As a result of this, glucose keeps circulating in the bloodstream increasing the body’s blood sugar levels.  This could lead to serious issues like heart disease, kidney issues etc. It is well known that insulin plays an important role in absorption of glucose energy by the cells. After China, the country of India is second in the number of diabetes affected persons.

The shocking truth is that in India 12.3% of kids in the age groups 13 to 19 are either pre-diabetic or diabetic.

By these ways, parents can prevent diabetes in their kids.

By avoiding obesity in their kids:
Parents must ensure that their kids are not overweight or obese. They must make sure that their kids lose their excess body weights.

By avoiding white items:
It must be noted that parents must avoid white items like lime bread, biscuits, cookies, cakes etc. They must give multi grain bread and multigrain atta flour to their kids.

By avoiding starchy foods:
The kids must not be given an excess of starchy veggies like potatoes, sweet potato etc. Instead they must be given lots of fresh veggies rich in proteins, vitamins and fibres etc. Examples are spinach, broccoli, cabbage leaves, kale, tomato, okra, bottle gourd etc.

By giving fruits nuts etc:
To avoid juvenile diabetes the parents must provide them fruits like apples, peas, papaya, lemon, musk lime, oranges, guava etc without fail. They must not be given an excess of mango, sapota etc.

Junk food to be avoided:
French fries, samosa etc are highly preferred by the kids is known fact. Parents must avoid giving these to their kids.

By making their kids do physical activities:
It is the duty of the parents to encourage their kids to be active. This would prevent diabetes issues in the kids for sure.

By teaching kids to manage stress:
The kids would feel stressed due to many reasons and parents must ask them to do yoga or meditation etc to prevent stress in their kids.

By making kids to take hobby:
Hobbies like painting, carpentry, music, dance etc would be superb for the kids anand parents must make their kids do these without fail.

By reducing the time on TV etc:
It is important that parents must try to reduce the time spent by their kids on watching TV or electronic gadgets etc.
