Deepavali Special Buses: Telephone numbers for complaints regarding excess bus fare!

On the occasion of the grand festival of oncoming Deepavali and the associated travel rush, 3506 special buses will be operated daily along with the regular 2100 bus services from 1st November to 3rd November. 9806 buses from Chennai Metro City and 6734 special buses from other cities for the above mentioned 3 days for a total of 16540 buses are to operate.
Post Deepavali, to facilitate the travelling citizens/families to return to their regular residential cities, apart from the regular 2100 daily buses, 4339 special buses will be operated from Chennai Metro City and 5000 special buses will be operated from other cities to various other cities malign up for a total of 17229 buses!
