Get ready for another mega COVID vaccination drive for Chennai residents

Health minister of TN, Mr M. Subramaniam has mentioned that on 3rd October there would be another mega vaccination camp in Chennai and residents could get vaccinated. It is known that already 3 such drives were conducted in Chennai till now and all were successful. The fourth vaccination drive would be organised after getting more vaccines. On each occasion, the vaccination drives have achieved beyond the target and were of huge success.
It must be taken into account that the chief minister of Tamil Nadu wrote a letter to the PM of India requesting for 50lakhs doses of vaccines for TN. The vaccines received were distributed to all districts is known. Currently, Tamil Nadu has got a stock of 3lakh vaccine doses and to allocate more vaccines Union health Ministry’s help would be sought out. In the third vaccination drive, nobody was forced to pay and the public took part in the vaccination drive with full interest.
