Counselling for graduate Engineering Courses - Anna University - commences today for the general cadre candidates!

The counselling for the graduate Engineering courses (BE, B Tech) commences today (Monday, 27th September) for the candidates belonging to the general (common) cadre.
Applications for pursuing graduation in Engineering Courses (BE, B Tech) were received ONLINE from 26th July to 24th August.
174490 candidates had applied.
However, only 145045 candidates have paid the application fees.
Subsequently, the rank (merit) list was released for 139033 candidates.
In the above situation, the counselling for pursuing graduate engineering courses (BE, B Tech) commences today (Monday, 27th September) and concludes on 17th October.
Counselling will be conducted for the ranks from 1 to 14788 until 5th October.
For each counselling session, 2 days each will be given to the candidates to pay the counselling fees and to select the college.
6422 seats have already been allotted under the quota for the students who studied in government or government-aided schools.
The counselling for the ranks from 14789 to 45227 will be conducted from 1st October to 9th October in the 2nd counselling session.
