Reserve Bank Announcement: As many as 21 bank holidays in October!

It is a routine for releasing the list of Bank Holidays every month!

Accordingly, the Reserve Bank of India has announced that banks will not function on certain days during October!

As per this, the official information mentions that there would be as many as 21 bank holidays in October!

Usually, the month of October is full of festivals and other holidays! This includes the festivals celebrated state-wise, religious festivals and others.

As such, the bank customers are advised to plan the proposed bank transactions ahead of these festival bank holidays in order to avail the bank services without any problems.

As per the Reserve Bank of India, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st October are declared as bank holidays.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE LIST OF HOLIDAYS WILL VARY FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER!
