Latest information about the class 12 board examinations for class 12 in TN

Some sources belonging to Secretariat have mentioned that the chief minister of TN, Mr. E. Palaniswami would take part in a meeting with the officials on Monday, 12th April. In the meeting, there would be discussions regarding measures to be taken to intensify the fight against Covid-19 infection.

It is learnt from the sources that the CM of TN would be meeting the officials of health, police and other concerned departments at the secretariat. The steps to contain the spread of Coronavirus infection plus actions like night curfew etc would be discussed in the meeting.

On Sunday, 11th April, more than 6500 new Coronavirus cases were reported in TN and the numbers have been increasing every day. The TN government had already announced the restrictions and if the cases increase then there would also be night curfew etc soon. To keep Covid-19 under control, the CM would be discussing the restrictions that could be laid at the night curfew.

Decisions about conducting class 12 board examinations would also be taken in the meeting. This was also brought out by the source from secretariat. The practical exams would commence on 16th April and close to 2.5 lakhs students would appear is well known to us.
